International Trailer For Public Enemies

Universal Pictures has debuted the new international trailer for Michael Mann's Public Enemies.

Opening in theaters on July 1st, the Michael Mann-directed action-thriller is the story of legendary Depression-era outlaw John Dillinger (Depp)—the charismatic bank robber whose lightning raids made him the number one target of J. Edgar Hoover's fledgling FBI and its top agent, Melvin Purvis (Bale), and a folk hero to much of the downtrodden public.

Thoughts:
Looks amazing and I like it more than the first trailer we got. The cinematography looks fantastic and hopefully the film can get Johnny Depp the long awaited Oscar he more than deserves.

I saw this trailer too - looks great (liked the first one as well). The story is going to be timely when it comes out with all that is going on, and I'm sure Depp is very good, so he should at least have a shot at an Oscar. That being said, summer movies rarely hold up in the end for awards season.

I know, I don't know why they thought they should release it in the summer instead of the fall. Still, I hope the movie turns out great and gets Depp that Oscar he needs.
