Trailer For Where The Wild Things Are

Warner Bros. Pictures' Where the Wild Things Are debuted on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" this morning with the films first trailer. Opening in theaters on October 16, the Spike Jonze-directed big screen adaptation of Maurice Sendak's classic book stars Catherine Keener, Max Records, Mark Ruffalo, Lauren Ambrose, James Gandolfini, Catherine O'Hara and Forest Whitaker.

Thoughts:
I loved it, I simply loved the trailer and thought it looked awesome. I cant believe one of my favorite books when I was a kid is actually becoming a reality and from the looks of it, its looking pretty damn close to the book. I really hope this delivers because its easily one of my most anticipated films of 2009.

It looks truly amazing, I like everything in it because it's so different than other children book adaptations been made. This is an imaginative, fun, and wild kid's movie that adults will fall in love with, too.
